• When you pay: we never see or store your credit card – everything is processed securely by Stripe or Shopify Payments.
• Optional: if you sign up for texts or emails, we collect your phone number or email for order updates and occasional offers.

How we use it

• To ship your order and send tracking.
• To contact you if there’s an issue with your order.
• To send you occasional updates, restocks, or new colors (you can unsubscribe any time with one click).

Who we share it with

• Canada Post / USPS / shipping carriers.
• Stripe or Shopify (payment processing – they’re PCI-DSS compliant).
• Klaviyo or Google Analytics (only anonymized data for marketing).

Your rights

• You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data any time – just email info@slip-lock.com
• You can unsubscribe from emails/texts instantly.

Security We use SSL encryption and only work with trusted partners (Shopify, Stripe, Klaviyo).
